Who we are
Cedra Ltd., a company registered in the British Virgin Islands ("Cedra", "we") is the controller of the data you submit in the early access form on cedra.network. Contact: [email protected].
We have not appointed a representative in the EU or the UK yet. Until we do, please send any request to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address (required).
- The problem you chose under "What hurts most today?" (required).
- If you fill in the optional second step: what you are building, the models or router you use now, and your GitHub or X profile.
- The page you signed up from, the time of sign-up, the address of the page that linked you to us (referrer), campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), if there were any, and the first page you opened on this site in that visit.
Fonts are served from cedra.network itself, so opening a page sends nothing to Google unless you accept analytics.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits with Google Analytics 4, the same account we use for our other Cedra sites. It runs only if you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie bar. Until then, and if you click "Decline", the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
- What it records: pages you view, how you arrived (referrer and campaign tags), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and when you visited. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Cookies:
_gaand_ga_QJ1YFC04H0, set on cedra.network to tell visits apart. We set them to expire after about 13 months. - No advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are off, and we do not share analytics data for advertising.
- Who processes it: Google Ireland Limited (for visitors in the EEA and the UK) and Google LLC, as our processor. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension), and Standard Contractual Clauses apply as well.
- How long Google keeps it: 14 months. After that, Google deletes the visit-level data; only aggregated reports remain.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules on cookies).
- Changing your mind: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and we delete the
_gacookies from your browser.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key cedra_consent) so we do not ask again on every page. It is not sent to us.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To add you to the early access list, invite you, and send you messages about your access (taking steps at your request before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To understand which problems to solve first, decide the order of invitations, and see which pages and links bring people to the list. If you share a GitHub or X link, we look at your public profile for this (our legitimate interest in building the right product, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Product news, only if you separately opt in (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time. The form does not currently offer this option.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects by automated means.
Who processes it for us
- Google (Google Drive and Google Sheets) stores the list. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) counts visits, only if you accept analytics. See Analytics and cookies.
- Google (Gmail) sends the Cedra team an email notice of each new sign-up. We do not send you emails from the form.
Only the Cedra team has access.
How long we keep it
Until the end of the early access program and 12 months after public launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier. If you never respond to our invitations, we delete your entry 12 months after you signed up.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to our use of it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Age
Early access is for people aged 18 or over.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
